§ Mr. Trotterasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will discuss with Her Majesty's Government's allies contingencies and the holding of exercises aimed at ensuring the continued security of oil traffic from the Gulf to the United Kingdom following the development by the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics of a naval base at Somalia.
