§ Mr. MulleyIt would cost local education authorities an additional £13.5 million a year to provide free school milk for all pupils aged seven to 11 years. This estimate assumed a 90 per cent. take-up rate among children in attendance at maintained schools and a retail price of 8½p a pint. The estimate relates to England and Wales.
