Mr. Alan WilliamsDetailed guidance on how to organise a fireworks display is given in a leaflet entitled "Guidance on organised fireworks displays" issued by my Department. Some 30,000 copies have so far been sent to local authorities, who have been asked to arrange local publicity and to make copies available free on request to interested parties.
