§ Mr. Roy JenkinsNone. Expenditure on local authority services in 1976–77 is being considered in the current rate support grant negotiations. My Department's programmes as a whole to 1979–80 are being reviewed as part of the Government public expenditure survey. The Government's conclusions will be published in a public expenditure White Paper in the normal way.
