§ Mr. William RossI have tabled an amendment to the Children Bill which would give power to the Secretary of State jointly with the Lord Advocate to make regulations allowing reporters to appear before the sheriff subject to such qualifications training or experience as they may see fit to prescribe in connection with such appearances.
