§ Mr. Peter Millsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in view of the difficulties youth clubs, schools and other organisations are having with the use of their minibuses, he will seek to amend the Road Traffic Act 1960, Section 118, so that they may continue to use these minibuses for their usual activities.
