Mr. Huntasked the Secretary of State for Defence whether, in view of the increase in national wage rates since the introduction of the £60 liability bounty for serving members of the Territorial and Army Volunteer Reserve in 1961, he will now review the amount of this bounty in order to bring it more closely into line with current wage and salary levels.
§ Mr. Robert C. BrownNo. The amount of the liability bounty, which was extended to the majority of TAVR members in 1967, was taken into account in the recent increases in the rates of training bounty.
