§ Mrs. Colquhounasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will now consider a State lottery to help finance the National Health Service, in view of the present state of the service.
§ Mrs. CastleUnder present legislation such a lottery would be unlawful. However, I should like to consider this idea further in the light of the Government's future policy on gambling.
