§ Mr. HattersleyDetails of the trade arrangements between Iceland and the European Community are contained in the text of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Iceland signed in Brussels on 22nd July 1972 and its associated Protocols (Cmnd 5128). With the exception of Protocol 6 the agreement entered into force on 1st April 1973. Protocol 6 has not yet entered into force since the conditions laid down in Article 2 of the Protocol under which it should do so have not yet been met.
