13WRecent break-ins referred to in the House on Tuesday 14th October all took place before my right hon. Friend became Prime Minister again in March 1974. Security arrangements for the personal protection of former Prime Ministers are discussed by the security authority with those concerned. Former Prime Ministers do not retain after leaving office any papers whose unauthorised disclosure would be a threat to national security.
