§ Mr. Newensasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will provide a breakdown of the United States financial contribution towards the cost of depopulating British territories in the Indian Ocean and the compensation paid out or agreed to show how much was offset by research and development costs on 73W Polaris missiles; and how much was paid in other forms.
