1st April 1973 to 31st March 1974–13 (including 8 joint circulars) of which 3 were addenda or amendments to earlier circulars.
1st April 1974 to 31st March 1975–15 (including 10 joint circulars) of which 3 were addenda or amendments to earlier circulars.
