§ Mr. EnnalsSince these proceedings are before the court, it would not be right for me to make a statement. I can, however, say that Her Majesty's Government's action in response to the court proceedings has regard to the provisions of the Crown Proceedings Act 1947, in particular to those of Section 40(2)(b).
