§ Mr. Andrew F. Bennettasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when she expects to receive the report of the Working Party on Fostering Practice; and when the report will be published.
§ Dr. OwenThe Working Party on Fostering Practice has completed its Guide to Fostering Practice and we expect to receive it at the end of this month. A publication date has not yet been decided upon. Because of printing arrangements this is likely to be early in the new year.
