§ Mr. Roy Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Energy what ministerial consents are outstanding for investment by British Nuclear Fuels Corporation in the planned production of uranium oxide at the joint Rio Tinto Zinc/South Africanowned mine in Namibia; and if he will now reconsider any such consents bearing in mind the existence of alternative sources of supply.
