§ Mr. Denzil DaviesIn the period July 1975, 76 major premium savings bond prizes were drawn in the range £75,000 to £25,000; 68 (89.5 per cent.) went to winners resident in England, 5 (6.6 per cent.) in Scotland and 3 (3.9 per cent.) in Wales.
These percentages are broadly comparable with the number of bonds sold in these countries.
