§ Mr. ShoreThe definition of "dumping" in the Customs Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) Act 1969 reflects Article VI of the GATT and the GATT Anti-Dumping Code, and is consistent with our international obligations. I am always willing, however, to consider constructive suggestions for ways in which the implementation of the Act might be improved.
