§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what special studies have been, or are about to be, undertaken 213W by NEDO to identify the specific investment and employment needs in manufacturing and the tertiary sector and the necessary infrastructural development associated with Celtic Sea oil.
§ Mr. DellThe NEDO has no plans to undertake such studies, but studies concerned with the impact on Wales of oil-related activity have been commissioned by the Celtic Oil Advisory Committee, set up in June 1974 under the chairmanship of the Secretary of State for Wales.
