§ Mr. HattersleyWe attach the greatest importance to nuclear non-proliferation. In his speech to the United Nations General Assembly on 23rd September my right hon. Friend put forward proposals for a uniform safeguard system. We intend to table a resolution on this subject at the next meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
