§ Dr. OwenWe are undertaking an urgent review, particularly arrangements for joint planning between health and local authorities, following the response to draft guidance on health care planning teams circulated earlier this year. We will be writing to authorities in preparation for the introduction of the National Health Service planning system in April 1976.
