§ Mr. OrmeImprovement of the harbour facilities at Rathlin Island is a matter for the Moyle District Council. Works costing £50,000 involving the deepening of the harbour at the North Pier are in progress, and an investigation to establish the feasibility of constructing a breakwater to give additional protection to the harbour is expected to be completed next year.
