§ Mr. MulleyOn 1st October 1964 the number of non-industrial civil servants employed in my Department, excluding staff at the University Grants Committee, the Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum, was 2,630. On 1st October 1975 the number was 2,820, an increase of about 7 per cent.
