Mr. Donald Stewart

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the total number of teachers in primary and secondary schools in the Western Isles Islands Region in the academic years 1966–67 and 1974–75; what was the pupil-teacher ratio in each of these years; and if he will list them county by county.
