§ Mr. MulleyIn 1974–75 the proportion of the Council's expenditure on its research Units, research grants and postgraduate training awards related to institutions in Wales was 2 per cent., and in England 79 per cent.: such expenditure accounted for 86 per cent. of the Council's total budget. Figures for English regions are not readily available.
