HC Deb 12 November 1975 vol 899 cc717-8W
Mr. Onslow

asked the Lord President of the Council why supplies of second-class official paid envelopes are not as readily available throughout the House of Commons as first-class envelopes.

Mr. Edward Short

The Services Committee considered the position earlier in the Session in the light of existing postal charges and decided that no change should be made in the present arrangements. It can certainly be looked at again if this is the wish of most Members.
