§ Mr. BennThe Health and Safety Commission has full access to the Nuclear Safety Advisory Committee and its work. The committee's advice, which is not confined to the safety of workers in nuclear installations, is available to the commission on all aspects of nuclear safety arising from the Nuclear Installations Act 1965.
