asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the location and size of every empty Government-owned factory in Wales, together with the date since which each factory has been vacant.

The Department is at present seeking tenants for the following Government owned premises:

and (b) secondary schools in Wales and in each county; and if he will express these totals per head of pupil of school age.

The total current expenditure in 1973–75 in (a) primary schools and (b) secondary schools in Wales and the unit cost per pupil was as follows:
