§ Mr. O'Halloranasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she is satisfied that the present arrangements are adequate regarding self-employed or 809W non-employed persons who cannot get treatment under the EEC Regulations; and whether steps will be taken to reach agreement with EEC countries so that they may be treated on an equal footing with other persons covered by the National Health Service.
