HC Deb 12 November 1975 vol 899 c818W
Mr. Richard Wainwright

asked the Secretary of State for Trade if he intends to make an anti-dumping order in respect of chipboard from Romania and Belgium.

Mr. Clinton Davis

No. Following an investigation into allegations of dumping of chipboard by Romania earlier this year the Romanian authorities have given my Department an undertaking regarding the prices at which they will sell chipboard to the United Kingdom. As regards Belgium, allegations of dumping between member States of the Community are a matter for the EEC Commission.
