§ Mr. EnnalsMy right hon. Friend has expressed his regret to the Government of the Kingdom of Tonga that, particularly because of the short notice, it was not possible for a minister to attend these celebrations. My right hon. Friend the Prime Minister sent a message of good will to the Prime Minister of Tonga. Her Majesty's Government were represented by the British High Commissioner in Nuku'alofa who presented a gift from Her Majesty's Government.
