§ Mr. D. E. Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) how many persons have been contacted by her Department and invited to claim NCIP; and how have these contacts been made;
(2)how many persons have made a claim for non-contributory invalidity pension; and what percentage this is of all persons estimated by her Department to be eligible for this benefit;
(3)how many persons in psychiatric hospitals have been contacted as likely beneficiaries of NCIP.
