asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many vacant Government factories have been let in 1975 to firms already established in Wales.

asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many advance factories are now available for occupation in Wales; and if he will list the locations and the dates when each of them became available, together with the square footage of each.

We are seeking first tenants for the following 11 advance factories. Details are as follows:

  • Hendy 25,000 s. ft.—Available Nov. 70.
  • Cardiff 50,000 sq. ft.—Available May 75.
  • Abercarn No. 2 50,000 sq. ft.—Available July 75.
  • Llandrindod Wells No. 2 10,000 sq. ft.—Available Aug. 75.
  • Maesteg No. 5 10,000 sq. ft.—Available Sept. 75.
  • Llandovery No. 1 5,000 sq. ft—Available Oct. 75.

  • Rhondda No. 6 10,000 sq. ft.—Available Oct. 75.
  • Bala Nursery Units 2 × 1,500 sq. ft.—Available April 75.
  • Cardigan Nursery Units 2 × 1,500 sq. ft.—Available Jan. 75.
