§ Mr. Dudley Smithasked the Secretary of State for Energy to what extent in his campaign to save energy he is making use of the Building Research Station, Fire Research Station and Princes Risborough Laboratory to test and provide impartial assessments of the various materials and 397W techniques which can be used for the better insulation of buildings.
