§ Mr. Harold WalkerI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that it aims to train about 9,000 people under the training opportunities scheme in Scotland next year. About 2,350 will be trained in skillcentres, 5,600 in colleges of further education and 1,050 in other establishments. In 1974, 6,136 people were trained; this year the number is expected to be about 7,000.
