§ The Prime MinisterNo, but my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection is in frequent touch with the National Consumer Council. As my hon. Friend knows, the Chairman of the National Consumer Council is a member of NEDC and was present at the council's meeting at Chequers yesterday.
