§ Mr. Robert SheldonI regret that the information on which to base an estimate is not available, but I would remind my hon. Friend of the provisions introduced in the Finance Act 1975 to counter avoidance of capital transfer tax by becoming domiciled in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
