§ Mr. Nobleasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will give a general direction to area electricity boards to make available to employers in the public and private sectors, electricity stamps to sell on a weekly basis to their employees, and thereby help pay their quarterly electricity bills.
§ Mr. BennI will ask the Electricity Council to consider my hon. Friend's suggestion as part of its continuing efforts to help consumers who find it easier to pay their fuel bills by instalments.
