§ Miss Joan LestorIt will be for the local education authority to decide which projects it wishes to start in 1977–78 within the limits of the resources allocated to it and subject to my right hon. Friend's approval of any necessary proposals under Section 13 of the Education Act 1944. My right hon. Friend is not yet ready to announce school building allocations for 1977–78, and no statutory proposal for the establishment of a fifth upper school in Bedford is at present before him.
