§ The MINISTER of STATE, HOME OFFICE (Lord Harris of Greenwich)It is not yet possible to say when the review will be completed. As I said in reply to the noble Lord's Question on 20th October, it involves complicated issues and is bound to take time. The Government of course expect that there will in due course be full discussion of these matters.
