§ Mr. John SmithThe recruitment and deployment of BNOC staff will be the concern of the BNOC Organising Committee and subsequently of the corporation itself. As has already been announced, the corporation's headquarters will be in Glasgow; it will be for the corporation to consider the need for subsidiary offices elsewhere. BNOC's 11W immediate staffing needs will be determined by its initial responsibilities, including those arising out of participation negotiations. Recruitment thereafter will depend on the pace of BNOC's development and expansion.
