§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what is his policy with regard to the setting up of incinerators for the disposal of domestic refuse to relieve the pressure on land at present being used or scheduled to be used as council dumps, which are unsightly and dangerous.
