§ Mr. Ralph Howellasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will list all the major pay awards which have been agreed in the public sector since the end of phase 3, showing in each case the maximum, minimum and average percentage increases awarded, the maximum, 678W minimum and average weekly value of the awards and the top level of wage salary, before and after the awards, which was affected.
