§ Mr. Clinton DavisMy officials had discussions with the United Kingdom Offshore Operators' Association on 14th May concerning matters of marine safety. A proposal for introducing a position reporting scheme for vessels operating in that area was agreed in principle and further discusisons will be taking place.
