§ Mr. John SmithWorking parties of representatives from the United Kingdom, France, the German Federal Republic, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden met twice in 1974 and formulated a draft convention. The United Kingdom has invited the other countries concerned to an international conference to be held in London in October next to consider the draft with a view to agreeing a convention.
