§ Mr. OrmeI assume that the Question refers to the Department of Commerce industrial estate at Knockmore, near Lisburn. The estate at present comprises about 20,000 square metres of multi-purpose industrial buildings in units which can be varied from 500 square metres to 3,000 square metres. A further 8,000 square metres are under construction. The main purpose is to provide simple factory or warehousing space for firms compelled to move because of civil disturbance or redevelopment schemes About 10,000 square metres are occupied at present by seven tenants.
