§ Mr. Alfred MorrisI take it that my hon. Friend has in mind both cash benefits and services. To set out the range of central and local government initiatives which respond to the wide-ranging needs of disabled people and others is by no means easy. We do, however, have a booklet "Help for Handicapped People" which deals as simply as possible with a wide range of benefits. This booklet has been widely distributed to individuals and to organisations on the lines envisaged by my hon. Friend. A revised version will be available later in the summer.
