§ Dr. OwenI take it that my hon. Friend has in mind after-care facilities for the mentally ill. As he knows, a White Paper is in preparation about the Government's plans for improved services for the mentally ill. The extension of aftercare facilities and community facilities generally are a key element in those plans.
