§ Mr. BennI believe that chairmen of nationalised industries should have the right to speak their minds. I strongly disagree, however, with the recent statements made by the Chairman of the British Steel Corporation, which have caused great anxiety in the industry, as I believe the problems of the corporation can only be settled by negotiation between management and unions.
