§ Mr. William RodgersWe are currently reexamining the MADGE programme in the light of the defence review which has affected the Services' requirement. Meanwhile the development of the equipment is continuing to proceed satisfactorily. Development costs funded by Her Majesty's Government have amounted to approximately £2 million to date.
