HL Deb 16 May 1975 vol 360 c1010WA
Lord BEAUMONT of WHITLEY

asked Her Majesty's Government:

What steps they propose to take to draw the attention of schools to the urgency of analysing their curricula in accordance with the conclusions of Curricular Differences for Boys and Girls (Education Survey No. 21 of the DES).

Lord CROWTHER-HUNT

My right honourable friend has had Education Survey No. 21 published. On the assumption that the Sex Discrimination Bill will receive the Royal Assent, he proposes to bring to the attention of local education authorities and the teachers' associations the implications of the legislation and of the Survey in due course.

House adjourned at ten minutes before two o'clock.
